A full morning of horse jumping and other events await NCC members on Friday, May 9th at the Flamingo Arena (nearest to East Flamingo Road) at Horseman's Park, 5800 East Flamingo Road. Events are scheduled to begin at 8am and arena photography must come from the spectator stands. Walking around photographs were easily obtained for the adjacent practice area and the close by stalls that make up a large portion of the park based on two visits to the park earlier this year. After stopping at cross street Jimmy Durante Blvd, proceed ahead 100 feet, turning right into the facility. Gates for parking should be open on the left about 200 yards down the road. If not, then see where other private vehicles are parking. If you cannot make this date, the next day, May 10th, the Nevada Show Horse Association is scheduled to be in the Flamingo arena, but details are currently sketchy.
