Field Trip - Southern Utah Fall Color (Exclusive)

Southern Utah Fall Color Photo Field Trip

The trip is scheduled for October 3rd and 4th and will be in southern Utah with the goal of photographing fall color. It is set for two days but some will come for first day, others for the second and still others for both. The agenda needs to be general because we don’t know how or where the color will appear or disappear.

On Saturday, we will look at Cedar Breaks, Brain Head Peak, Birch Springs Knoll, Mammoth Cave, Duck Creek Pond or maybe Cascade Falls, wherever the color or light seems most promising. On Saturday evening, my wife Linda and I will host dinner at our cabin.

On Sunday we will take the backroad from Cedar City to Hurricane. This road provides multiple photo opportunities. I am about done putting together a flyer with all the info I can think of including locations, dinner menu and phone numbers.
